Job summary

Flume Health is seeking a Forward Deployed Program Manager to own complex integration delivery for our health payer and TPA clients. You will lead a team of AI agents, diagnose and solve multi-step problems, and drive measurable outcomes across high-impact accounts.

You will structure ambiguity, manage client-facing escalations, and guide the delivery cadence, combining consulting rigor with platform transformation work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations and delivering under pressure.
• AI-native: build, tune, and measure AI agents, expand capabilities over time.
• Client-facing confidence: engage with senior client stakeholders and lead discussions.
• Structured thinker: break down complex integration problems into actionable steps.
• Low ego, high throughput: perform operational work to move client forward.
• Healthcare exposure preferred: payers, providers, or health plan ops experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Problem-Solving: diagnose issues and scope solutions, mobilize resources, and deliver.
• AI Agent Management & Tuning: build, manage, and improve AI agent workflows and outputs.
• Program & Integration Delivery Ownership: manage delivery cadence for flagship accounts and a portfolio of secondary accounts; oversee Jira intake and requirements.
• Client-Facing Escalation: be the primary operational point of contact for client IT and Business Ops; surface blockers and ensure delivery commitments.
• Stakeholder Communication: own weekly delivery reporting to senior client stakeholders using AI tools.
• Cross-Account Coverage: support broader client portfolio with troubleshooting, scoping, and contract coordination.
