Job summary

Flume Health is seeking a Forward Deployed Program Manager to own program and integration delivery for major accounts, focusing on AI-powered execution across healthcare data integrations. You will structure ambiguity, mobilize teams (human and AI), and deliver complex client solutions with tangible outcomes.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, build scalable AI agent workflows, and drive platform transformation for health payers and TPAs in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations with client delivery experience.
• AI-native capability: build, tune, and measure AI agents at scale.
• Client-facing confidence to engage senior client stakeholders.
• Structured thinker who can turn ambiguity into clarity and drive resolution.
• Low ego and high throughput mindset to execute tasks efficiently.
• Healthcare exposure preferred, not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Own problem-solving for client integrations and data questions; structure problems, mobilize resources, and deliver.
• Build and tune AI agents; refine prompts and expand agent capabilities.
• Own delivery cadence for flagship accounts and a portfolio of secondary accounts; manage intake and drive build pipeline.
• Serve as primary operational POC for client IT and Business Ops stakeholders; lead leadership calls and unblock delivery.
• Provide weekly delivery reporting to senior client stakeholders using AI-generated outputs.
• Provide cross-account problem-solving support including delivery troubleshooting and integration scoping.
