Job summary

Eden Lakes Dental, a modern, privately owned practice in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Dental Assistant who thrives on technology and ownership of advanced clinical workflows. You will work hands-on with digital dentistry, AI-enabled tools, scanning, photography, and same-day crowns, while continuously improving patient care.

Because this is a smaller office, you will also cross-train to assist with front desk tasks, answer calls, and help manage the schedule to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Dental Assistant license required.
• Strong chairside assisting and patient communication.
• Proficient in digital charting in a paperless environment.
• Willingness to learn administrative responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented with good prioritization.
• Self-starter who works with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented and professional in a fast-paced, tech-forward practice.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and supplies management.

Responsibilities

• Intraoral scanning with iTero Invisalign attachment placement.
• Digital photography workflow support.
• Assist with digital design and fabrication of same-day crowns.
• Operate and manage in-office 3D printing workflows.
• Opportunity to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with training sponsored by the practice.
