Heartland Dental's Dentistry on 77th in Edina, MN is seeking a licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role you’ll provide chairside assistance, take x-rays, review health histories, and support the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.

You’ll use Dentrix to schedule and record patient information, maintain the treatment room, manage supplies, and help implement Heartland Dental systems to improve office workflow.

Formación

• Minnesota license is required or in process.
• Experience in fast-paced, patient-centric settings.
• Certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection required.
• Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring comfort and education.
• Review health history to provide quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and diagnostics (iTero, digital photos).
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures (four-handed dentistry).
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment room per safety protocols and OSHA/CDC rules.
• Manage supplies and place/expedite orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
