Job summary

Eden Lakes Dental, a modern, privately owned practice in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Dental Assistant who thrives on technology and ownership of advanced clinical workflows. You will work hands-on with digital dentistry, AI-enabled tools, scanning, photography, and same-day crowns, while continuously improving patient care.

Because this is a smaller office, you will also cross-train to assist with front desk tasks, answer calls, and help manage the schedule to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Dental Assistant license required.
• Strong chairside assisting and patient communication.
• Proficient in digital charting in a paperless environment.
• Willingness to learn administrative responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented with good prioritization.
• Self-starter who works with minimal supervision.

Eden Lakes Dental is a modern, privately owned dental practice in Eden Prairie, MN focused on personalized, high-quality care. We combine advanced technology with comprehensive dentistry, including Invisalign, same-day crowns, 3D printing, laser dentistry, airway and sleep solutions, cosmetic dentistry, and more.

This isn't a traditional dental assistant role. We're a small, modern practice looking for someone who gets excited about technology, enjoys figuring things out independently, and wants to take ownership of advanced clinical workflows. You'll work hands-on with digital dentistry, AI-enabled tools, scanning, photography, and modern treatment workflows while helping us continually improve how we deliver care.

Because were a smaller office, this role also requires someone who will be cross-trained to assist with front desk responsibilities to drive the patient experience, answer phone calls, and fill the schedule when needed.
