Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering with formal training and mentoring experience.
• Experience leading technology projects and technologists.
• Experience driving enterprise AI-assisted development adoption across teams.
• Understanding responsible AI use, data sensitivity, resiliency, governance.
• Proficient in the SDLC.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD, app resiliency, and security.
• Broad tech landscape knowledge to assess unfamiliar designs quickly.
• Experience reviewing and validating code, human and AI-generated.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and alignment without authority.
• Strong AI-assisted development skills, including prompting and memory.

Responsibilities

• Guides the software engineering team on daily tasks, aligning engineers across teams on platform designs.
• Sets guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted development and SDLC automation with secure handling and clear validation.
• Utilizes the SDLC toolchain and AI tools to improve automation and capacity unlock initiatives.
• Anticipates dependencies to deliver projects aligned with business requirements.
• Manages stakeholder relationships ensuring compliance and SLAs.
