Synechron is seeking an AI-Driven Data Profiling Engineer in New York, NY to develop and refine autonomous agent workflows for MGA BDX data profiling. You will collaborate with data consumers and profiling teams to define outputs, improve agent behavior, and ensure profiling results are clear and actionable.

The role involves handling 80–100 MGA programs, identifying data quality issues, and refining profiling plans.

Qualifications

• Strong background in the insurance industry.
• Experience identifying data quality issues, anomalies, inconsistencies, missing values, duplicates, and structural variations.
• Experience with agentic engineering and autonomous workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Refine and enhance the autonomous agent workflow for MGA BDX data profiling.
• Review and improve the behavior, prompts, instructions, controls, and outputs of the Kiro agents.
• Run profiling workflow across a backlog of MGA programs and ensure outputs are actionable and traceable.
