Qualifications

• 15+ years of backend experience in production systems.
• Expert-level Python, Go, or Java implementation skills.
• Hands-on AI/LLM deployment experience including RAG pipelines and tool-calling agents.
• Strong cloud infra knowledge (AWS) and CI/CD for containerized services.
• Experience with security practices including OAuth/OIDC and multi-tenant isolation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services and event-driven systems for the data platform.
• Develop RAG pipelines and AI agent integrations to improve discoverability and trust.
• Extend automation, tooling, and shared utilities used by data teams.
• Set technical direction through design reviews, ensure reliability, and manage costs.
