Pax8, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer II (Data Platforms) for a remote role in the United States.

You will define data architecture, set engineering standards, and lead large-scale data initiatives that power analytics and AI workloads across a growing technology marketplace. As a senior technical leader, you will drive reliability, scale, and observability while mentoring engineers and influencing architectural choices.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating modern data platforms using Python, SQL, and cloud-native technologies.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong systems-thinking with collaboration across stakeholders.
• Experience defining architectural patterns and standards.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering practices and governance.
