The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical consulting and strong proficiency in at least two programming languages. The role emphasizes collaboration with customer teams and requires a consultative mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in at least two major languages (Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#).
• Deep understanding of NoSQL concepts, distributed systems, and SQL‑based query languages (N1QL).
• Ability to explain complex technical trade‑offs to both developers and executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable code to build integrations, APIs, and data models.
• Expertly configure Couchbase Server and Capella for optimal performance.
• Design and implement advanced data architectures for AI applications.
• Integrate directly with customer development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues.
