Job summary

AuxoAI Engineering in Irvine, CA seeks an AI-native Data Ops Lead to own health of a client’s data estate. You’ll act as the single control tower across hybrid stacks, building a service that detects, correlates, and automates triage using AIOps and GenAI while keeping human judgment at decision gates.

You will lead governance cadences, client communications, and cross-team coordination, driving problem management and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years in data engineering, data warehousing, or data ops.
• Experience leading governance forums and managing SLAs with executives.
• Proficient with Informatica PowerCenter, Snowflake, dbt and cloud data tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data service health across legacy and modern stacks.
• Lead governance cadence and coordinate incident management.
• Drive data quality, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
• Define and enforce data architecture standards and semantic consistency.
• Apply AIOps and GenAI to automate triage and runbook generation.
