Job summary

SoLo Funds is seeking a data-driven leader to own the data function across data science, analytics, risk, fraud, and data engineering, leveraging AI agents as the primary workforce.

You will turn transaction and behavioral data into actionable signals, maintain real-time risk controls, and design scalable pipelines, prompts, and guardrails for production analysis and model monitoring.

Qualifications

• Deep fluency in SQL, Python, data warehousing, orchestration, and BI tools.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents or LLM-based workflows in production.
• Strong risk and fraud analytics background, fintech focus preferred.
• Ability to own end-to-end data products with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate agents across the full data lifecycle from ingestion to reporting.
• Design evaluation harnesses to keep agent outputs accurate and auditable.
• Monitor SoLo Score performance, default trends, and fraud signals.
• Stand up dashboards and BI providing live marketplace health.
• Collaborate with product and risk to ship data-informed decisions quickly.
