Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to architect and deliver data engineering and AI-powered solutions for client environments across NJ, NYC, Charlotte, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Boston, Malvern, and Washington, DC.

You will translate business requirements into scalable designs, build production-grade pipelines, and drive end-to-end implementation with a focus on reliability, security and observability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and AI application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, PySpark, SQL, REST APIs and FastAPI.
• Experience designing AI-powered apps using Claude, RAG, vector DBs and semantic search.
• DataOps practices including ETL/ELT, data quality, lineage and observability.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, MLflow, monitoring and production support.
• Cloud data platforms, security, IAM/RBAC, encryption and compliant data access.
• BFSI domain exposure and strong client-facing consulting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; cloud/Kubernetes/AI certifications preferred.
