Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data center operations experience.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Ability to lead technical activities and mentor junior personnel.
• Experience executing complex technical procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, integration, and deployment activities for servers, accelerators, networking, and infrastructure.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of hardware failures.
• Execute repair procedures and hardware diagnostics.
• Support firmware upgrades, validation, and post-maintenance checks.
• Serve as technical lead during hardware incidents and escalations.
• Drive rapid restoration of service while maintaining quality and procedures.
• Support GPU/accelerator hardware, qualification, burn-in, and acceptance testing.
• Maintain detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, deployments, and validation.
