Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics to drive data-enabled decisions in the Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights organization. You will lead data-driven initiatives, synthesize insights, and communicate findings with a customer-first mindset.

The role requires 4+ years of analytics experience, proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, and dashboard design using Tableau or Power BI. Big data tools like Snowflake/Athena and AI-enabled processes are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
4+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive actions.
Proficient with SQL, Python, and R for data analysis.
Experience designing dashboards/reports with Tableau or Power BI.
Experience querying big data technologies like Snowflake, Athena.
Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Create and summarize large datasets in structured and unstructured data.
Collect and analyze data and develop insights to inform prioritization decisions.
Develop solutions using deep statistical analysis to guide thought leadership.
Collaborate with diverse teams across Fidelity to achieve customer outcomes.
