Job summary

Responsibilities

• 3.1 Task Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Review the assigned work queue each working day; acknowledge new tasks; confirm scope, priority, acceptance criteria, dependencies, effort, and target completion date. Deliver tasks by the due date and report risks to the Senior Advisor.
• 3.2 Fabric Platform Operations & Administration: Operate Fabric capacities, tenants, workspaces, endpoints, notebooks, and related Power BI services; monitor performance, costs, and health; provide level 2/3 support and coordinate with Microsoft, UNICC, vendors, and internal teams.
