Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Consultant to design and implement data platforms, data pipelines, and enterprise ontologies for the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.

You will work hands-on in regulated environments, shaping AI-ready data assets used across ML training and agentic AI orchestration. Role requires 50% on-site collaboration with US clients and teams, with deep experience in data lakehouses, data mesh, and knowledge graphs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of data engineering, data architecture, and/or data platform development with hands-on pipelines.
• Experience with modern data platform design patterns (lakes, lakehouses, data mesh) and relevant AWS services.
• Experience with ontologies and knowledge graphs in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade data pipelines and data lakes within enterprise healthcare environments.
• Build data products serving multiple downstream applications from AI/ML models to agentic AI systems.
• Operate autonomously in fast-moving delivery engagements with evolving requirements.
• Navigate data access, security, and privacy requirements including HIPAA and GxP.
• Architect knowledge graphs and ontologies to enable accurate reasoning and safe AI deployments.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve data quality and access challenges.
• Deliver iterative solutions when requirements are unclear and adapt as needs mature.
• Apply AI-DLC methodologies to redesign data workflows for AI-native scale.
