Job summary

Deloitte Cyber's Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks an Engineering Manager to lead teams delivering AI-enabled identity, access, and data protection solutions.

You will translate client needs into architectural designs, guide production deployments, and mentor engineers while building reusable accelerators across engagements. Travel 25-50% may be required; immigration sponsorship limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains such as IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection.
• 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using REST, microservices, event-driven or serverless patterns.
• 5+ years building/ deploying production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js.
• 2+ years delivering on AWS/Azure/GCP including containers, CI/CD, and version control tools.
• 6 months to 1 year designing/deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in client/production settings.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average based on client/work.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives.
• Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions with issue resolution.
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits with demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimates, and pricing inputs.
• Oversee scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction across engagements.
• Build team/client capability with reusable accelerators, documentation, and engineering best practices.
