Deloitte’s Cyber Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks an Engineering Manager to help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges through AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will lead teams, shape technical solutions during pursuits, and deliver production-grade outcomes for clients and teams alike.

This role sits at the intersection of client engagement and hands-on delivery, combining domain depth with the ability to architect, build, and deploy scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a tech field.
• 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains such as IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection.
• 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless designs.
• 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js.
• 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives.
• Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits by leading demonstrations, PoCs, prototypes, estimates, and pricing inputs.
• Manage client delivery by overseeing scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices.
