Job summary

Deloitte Cyber is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead CIAM design and delivery for client engagements in the United States. You will oversee end-to-end CIAM programs across Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, and ForgeRock, aligning security with user experience, privacy, and business needs.

You will manage delivery teams, drive architecture decisions, mentor colleagues, and build senior client relationships while contributing to Deloitte’s CIAM offerings and assets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant fields
• 7+ years of industry experience
• 7+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools is a must
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client digital, customer experience, and security objectives
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Architect CIAM capabilities across platforms such as Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, and ForgeRock
• Advise clients on balancing security, privacy, and user experience across digital channels
• Overseeing delivery teams, managing quality and risks, and coordinating across stakeholders
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to Deloitte’s CIAM offerings and assets
