State Street is seeking an experienced AI Compliance & Automation Lead to modernize the firm’s Cyber Application Compliance Program. You will drive AI-enabled solutions for monitoring, reporting, and risk management across enterprise platforms, aligning with NIST and regulatory standards.

You will mentor teams, design scalable data pipelines, and collaborate with Security, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and control maturity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI, ML, advanced analytics, automation, or related tech fields.
• 5+ years supporting cybersecurity, compliance, risk, governance in regulated tech.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; enterprise AI production experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI capabilities adoption across the Cyber Application Compliance Program.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation to improve compliance operations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work via intelligent workflows and ML models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI into governance processes.
• Develop AI-assisted monitoring to identify deficiencies, policy exceptions, and risks.
• Design robust integrations between governance platforms and data/reporting systems.
• Build data pipelines and automation frameworks for timely compliance evidence.
• Utilize advanced analytics to enhance cyber risk visibility and decision making.
• Ensure AI solutions align with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and risk requirements.
• Create AI dashboards, KRIs, and predictive reporting; support audits and exams.
