State Street is seeking a team leader to guide AI security and data protection governance, reporting to the Global Head of Data Protection. You will set the enterprise strategy, embed security-by-design, and lead a multidisciplinary team across Security, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement.

You will drive policy, controls, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes while partnering with executives, auditors, and regulators to sustain resilient, compliant AI capabilities.

• Lead, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary team responsible for governance, control oversight, risk assessment, assurance, program execution.
• Set enterprise strategy and accountability model for secure, resilient AI and data protection capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed security-by-design across platforms and third-party services.
