Job summary
State Street in Boston is seeking an experienced AI Compliance & Automation Lead to modernize and scale the firm’s Cyber Application Compliance Program through artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics.
This role will lead AI-enabled solutions that enhance monitoring, risk identification, evidence collection, reporting, and regulatory alignment across the enterprise application portfolio.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in AI, ML, analytics, automation, or related technical disciplines.
- 5+ years supporting cybersecurity, compliance, risk governance in regulated tech.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in AI, CS, data science, or cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI adoption across the Cyber Application Compliance Program.
- Design and deploy AI-driven automation to improve monitoring, risk assessment, and reporting.
- Build scalable data pipelines and intelligent workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI into governance processes.
- Develop AI dashboards, KPIs, and predictive reporting for executives.
- Mentor team members and establish responsible AI governance and security.
