State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced AI Compliance & Automation Lead to modernize and scale the firm's Cyber Application Compliance Program using artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics. The role requires translating complex requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions across regulated financial services environments.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
5+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, governance, or regulated technology environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the adoption and integration of AI capabilities across the Cyber Application Compliance Program.
Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to improve compliance operations, risk assessment activities, and regulatory reporting.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through intelligent workflows, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and process automation.
Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, risk, technology, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing governance processes.
Develop AI-assisted compliance monitoring capabilities to identify control deficiencies, policy exceptions, and emerging risks.
