Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive technical engagements across the sales cycle for AI-driven CX and ES solutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, craft compelling demos, and design proofs of value that translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes. You will own end-to-end technical engagement, architect scalable, secure solutions with Zendesk APIs and cloud platforms, and collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with Zendesk product roadmap.

Qualifications

5+ years presales or solutions consulting in SaaS or CX.
Strong knowledge of web/scripting tech and SaaS architectures.
Experience designing pilots and proofs of concept showing business value.
Fluency in Dutch and English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Lead technical and business discovery with customers; design tailored demos and proofs of value.
Architect AI-driven CX & ES solutions; translate AI capabilities into clear business narratives.
Own end-to-end technical engagement through qualification, design, pilot execution and rollout.
Integrate and scale secure, scalable solutions using Zendesk APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Collaborate across teams to align customer needs with Zendesk roadmap and GTM strategy.
Measure ROI using Zendesk analytics and AI metrics to drive continuous improvement.
