Job summary

Ecorobotix Inc. is expanding its North American Customer Success organization. The Maya platform helps golf courses, sports fields, and managed landscapes turn agronomic data into actionable insights.

You will own and grow Maya's U.S. client relationships, drive onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention, and represent Maya for the North American portfolio in a fast-growing AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in agronomy, turfgrass science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing technical role, ideally SaaS or industrial tech.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client success for Maya's U.S. and North American portfolio.
• Drive onboarding excellence and achieve defined success milestones within 90 days.
• Monitor portfolio health via User Health Scores and engagement strategies; flag at-risk accounts.
• Act as primary post-handover contact via calls, video, and on-site visits; coordinate with engineering on bugs.
