Ecorobotix Inc. is expanding its North American Customer Success organization in Raleigh, NC, seeking a Presales Turf Engineer to bridge agronomic engineering with sales.

You will support golf and turf ecosystems by showcasing AI-driven turf solutions and precision technologies. You will report to the Turf Sales Manager and collaborate with Area Sales Managers, delivering live demos, technical guidance, and training to dealers.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in agronomic engineering or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of client-facing engineering experience, ideally in Golf and Turf.
• Confident with operating tractors and ground care equipment.
• Knowledge of phytosanitary products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Technically support the sales team throughout the sales process.
• Schedule, perform and follow up live product demonstrations.
• Act as the technical resource for the Area Sales Manager and prospects.
• Advise prospects on the company’s value proposition.
• Deliver training to sales teams on product/value propositions.
• Maintain the software demo and provide product feedback.
