Podium seeks an Associate Manager, Customer Success to coach and scale a high-performing CS team in Utah. You will drive programs that improve efficiency, align services with client needs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and strategic process development to support growth. You will partner with sales, product, and operations to ensure outcomes meet business goals while fostering career development and a strong coaching culture.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience serving customers in a post-sales role.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Podium vision and values across the team.
• Own team outcomes and ensure timely, high-standard deliverables.
• Coach on aligning Podium solutions with customer needs to increase lifetime value.
• Hire, develop, and manage Customer Success Managers.
• Develop and test new processes to improve efficiency.
• Handle client project scoping and escalations.
• Provide candid feedback and coaching for team growth.
• Coordinate with sales and other orgs for alignment.
• Manage performance and uplift the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
