You will partner with product, engineering, and design to translate customer feedback into roadmap opportunities and scalable enablement materials. A strong communicator with a technical curiosity will thrive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS, with AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to draft clear, on-brand responses and de-escalate.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using help desks and CRMs to drive renewals and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with onboarding, configuration, and value realization.
• Deliver 1:1 and group product training including AI capabilities.
• Coordinate projects across product, engineering, and design to meet timelines.
• Act as the signal path from customers to the product roadmap with evidence.
• Monitor usage signals and health metrics to prioritize outreach and renewals.
