Job summary

PreVeil Inc. is hiring a Manager, Customer Journey Operations to own end-to-end processes powering AI-forward, high-volume Customer Success, Preferred Partner, and Technical Support. This individual contributor role builds scalable workflows across Revenue/AI Ops, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and CS/TS teams.

You will stand up new workflows, drive adoption, and partner with multiple teams to create a unified operating picture with visibility across journeys.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Customer Operations or related role in a high-tech SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-forward CS platforms (Planhat, Gainsight) and Intercom.
• Experience with Claude Co-work and enterprise skill building for CS workflows.
• Proven track record building new workflows from scratch across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer journey processes across CS, Preferred Partner and Tech Support.
• Implement and manage a next-gen CS platform with AI-enabled outreach and health scoring.
• Manage a cloud-based IT service desk with AI-enabled insights.
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes with documentation and training.
