Job summary

Regnology is recruiting for a Customer Success–embedded systems specialist in the United States. You will design scalable support workflows, automation, and integrations to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable AI-driven processes.

You will partner with Customer Success leadership and IT teams to implement Jira Service Management, Power BI-based triggers, and API integrations. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-team collaboration, and continual process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in areas such as support operations, business systems, workflow automation, service management, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and Jira Service Management.
• Good understanding of SLAs, including how SLA logic, priorities, statuses, and escalations interact within support workflows.
• Good understanding of ITIL concepts, especially incident, request, and change management.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and able to recognize where AI can add value within operational processes.
• Ability to work with data from Power BI, APIs, exports, or system databases and use that data within automations or workflow logic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate relatively vague business requirements into practical cross-team solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: experience with scripting, low-code tools, APIs, webhooks, Power Automate, or similar integration technologies.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and its potential application in a business environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success leadership to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Design and improve workflows for ticket management, alerts, escalations, SLA tracking and handling, and collaboration between teams.
• Identify where AI can meaningfully support or automate parts of a workflow, and help implement practical AI-supported solutions.
• Use AI tools confidently for analysis, workflow design, automation, documentation, and operational improvements.
• Own and continuously improve tools such as Jira Service Management and Microsoft 365.
• Use data from tools such as Power BI as an input for automation, triggers, monitoring, and operational workflows rather than as a reporting-only function.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through workflow automation, system integrations, AI, and data-driven triggers.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams on solution architecture, integrations and APIs, data flows, governance, and system dependencies.
• Lead or support system integrations and migrations.
• Document tooling, workflows, automation logic, and system configurations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and improve the CS/support operating model.
