Job summary

Regnology in the United States seeks a Senior CI/CD & AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer to own the developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem, driving automation and AI augmentation. You will lead architecture and standards, mentoring engineers and shaping a secure, scalable platform across teams.

You will collaborate with security, product, and operations to improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency while advancing AI-driven workflows that reduce cognitive load for developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering with production ownership.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD systems (Jenkins or similar), Linux, and GCP.
• Terraform and Kubernetes (plus Docker, Helm) experience.
• Designing scalable, reliable distributed systems.
• Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic) and performance tuning.
• Security best practices (IAM, secrets, encryption, zero-trust).
• Programming/scripting in Python or Bash.
• Hands-on with AI/LLMs in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own design, evolution, and reliability of CI/CD and developer platform architecture.
• Evaluate and introduce new CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-driven technologies.
• Lead AI-powered developer productivity solutions: internal AI agents for pipelines and automation.
• Develop patterns for integrating AI using MCP or similar integration frameworks.
• Drive self-service internal developer platform enabling teams to deploy and operate services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers; promote best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex system/infrastructure issues; act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to improve developer experience and reliability.
