Job summary

Regnology is hiring a Senior CI/CD & AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem, driving automation and AI-enabled engineering. You will shape architecture, define standards, and lead the adoption of modern technologies across the engineering org.

You will drive AI-powered productivity solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with security, product, and operations teams to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and developer experience at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering with ownership of production systems
• Strong expertise in CI/CD systems (Jenkins or similar), Linux, and GCP
• Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, GKE, Docker, Helm)
• Proven experience designing and operating scalable, reliable distributed systems
• Strong experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic)
• Security best practices (IAM, secrets management, encryption, zero-trust)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
• AI & Platform Leadership and agent-based automation exposure
• Understanding of MCP or similar tool integration patterns
• Experience evolving internal developer platforms at scale
• Familiarity with policy-as-code, governance in AI systems
• DevEx or platform engineering leadership a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the design, evolution, and reliability of our CI/CD and developer platform architecture
• Evaluate and introduce new CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-driven technologies, setting technical direction and standards
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered developer productivity solutions and internal AI agents for CI/CD, incident resolution, and automation
• Define patterns for integrating AI using MCP or similar frameworks with secure, scalable interactions
• Drive the development of a self-service internal developer platform enabling teams to deploy, test, and operate services independently
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting best practices in DevOps and AI adoption
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system and infrastructure issues as escalation point
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve developer experience, system reliability, and delivery speed
• Define and enforce observability, reliability, and cost optimization strategies
• Ensure secure adoption of AI technologies including governance, compliance, and data protection
• Drive documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the platform
