Hard Rock Digital is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to build agentic and generative AI for CRM and Marketing. You will ship production features that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across sportsbook and casino products, collaborating with CRM, Growth, Data Science, and AI Platform teams.

You’ll work hands-on with agents, prompt engineering, and RAG across customer data, while ensuring responsible gaming and regulatory compliance in every release.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software or AI engineering, or a relevant degree.
• Strong Python, with experience building and operating production services (REST APIs, microservices, containers).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and strong prompt/system-prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with RAG and vector databases (Pinecone, Faiss, pgvector).
• Strong SQL and knowledge of a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake).
• Hands-on CRM/marketing-automation platform experience (Braze preferred).
• Experience with a cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and its AI/ML services.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship agentic and generative-AI features for CRM and marketing, from the Python and FastAPI backend to the Next.js frontend.
• Power personalization and decisioning with next-best-offer and audience segmentation from behavioral data.
• Generate and optimize lifecycle content with LLMs while staying on-brand and compliant.
• Model customer lifecycle states and journeys to surface growth levers for retention and LTV.
• Integrate Braze including Canvas and Journey orchestration and sync lifecycle state to user profiles.
• Build data and retrieval foundation: RAG, vector search, and MCP servers over Snowflake and dbt marts.
• Measure impact via attribution, ROAS, and experiments on acquisition and retention.
• Ship reliably in production and evolve with AI/martech advances.
