Job summary

Expedia Group seeks an analyst to monitor global threats, assess risk to travelers, and coordinate rapid response actions across partners and departments. You’ll leverage SQL, dashboards, and AI tools to translate data into actionable insights.

In a 24/7 operations setting, you’ll communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, while partnering with Customer Operations, Legal, and Communications to implement policy and traveler notifications.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of professional crisis operations, risk analysis, or security/stability roles.
Ability to assess fast-moving situations and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in a 24/7 operations environment and managing competing priorities under time pressure.
Strong data skills with SQL and dashboards to translate metrics into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Monitor global threat intelligence, weather data, and risk sources to identify emerging crisis events in real time.
Assess severity, scope, and traveler impact across events including natural and man-made crises.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive timely response actions and communications.
Produce concise internal briefings and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
