Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management Technical within the Credit and Fraud Risk Management team of ABP. This role defines the multi‑year strategy and builds a high‑performing PM organization to deliver AI-powered risk capabilities that balance growth and risk.

You will partner with science, engineering, and business teams to scale credit decisions and fraud protection with innovative AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Preferred: experience delivering consumer software products in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the 3–5 year strategic product vision and roadmap for credit and fraud risk management across a multi‑billion dollar lending portfolio.
• Build, lead, and develop a PM team—recruiting and coaching leaders to grow their teams.
• Drive innovation through Generative AI and AI agents for fraud detection and risk operations.
• Set the technical product strategy for integrating AI into risk systems in collaboration with Science and Engineering leaders.
• Influence direction across Payments, Amazon Business, and Seller Partner Services with clear narratives and metrics.
