Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the destination fraud decisioning platform. You will drive multi-year strategy, converge platforms with Decisioning 2.0, and champion AI-enabled defenses.

You will mentor PMs, manage a large cross-functional team, and oversee architecture across multiple systems to deliver a real-time, scalable fraud platform while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating complex business strategy into a data-driven product roadmap.
• 3+ years of experience building and leading teams of product managers.
• 3+ years in innovative technology environments.
• 3+ years of experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products.
• 1+ year of Fraud and Cyber Security experience.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and strategy for the destination fraud decisioning platform.
• Architect and converge fraud platforms with Decisioning 2.0 for a unified real-time ecosystem.
• Champion novel AI capabilities to build an automated fraud defense engine.
• Provide leadership to 10+ technical teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across platform capabilities.
