Cotton & Company, a nationally respected AI-forward agency specializing in luxury real estate and private club communities, seeks a Creative Traffic & Project Manager in Stuart, FL.

You will own the creative workflow, coordinating with Account Executives, Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Digital, Media, Web, and Production teams to move projects from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day workflow of the Creative Department.
• Assign projects based on capacity, deadlines, skill sets, and priorities.
• Build and maintain project schedules from kickoff through final delivery.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure creative briefs are complete before work begins.
• Monitor workloads and proactively balance resources across the department.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, risks, and bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Work closely with Account Executives to prioritize projects and communicate timeline expectations.
• Keep project management software current with schedules, milestones, assignments, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal reviews, revisions, approvals, and production deadlines.
• Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects continue moving forward.
• Communicate schedule changes and shifting priorities clearly across departments.
• Help establish and improve agency workflows, templates, and operating procedures.
• Track project status and provide regular updates to department leadership.
• Support process improvements through automation, AI tools, and project management best practices.
