Leading day-to-day communication with clients and building strong, lasting relationships
Managing project flow across internal teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met
Developing clear, strategic briefs that guide creative and media execution
Overseeing budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple accounts
Managing client meetings and follow-up communication
Collaborating closely with creative, media, and leadership to deliver high-level work
Ensuring all work aligns with client objectives and drives measurable results
Prior experience or education in marketing, advertising, or agency account management
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with luxury brands or real estate is a plus
