Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Creative Director to lead and scale its in-house creative team. You will own strategy, operations, and outputs for brand campaigns, product marketing, events, and digital experiences—ensuring every touchpoint reflects Freshworks’ quality and character.

You’ll build a modern, AI-assisted studio with agency-level discipline, delivering work that moves markets and earns attention. Senior leadership communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in creative direction or in-house studio leadership.
• Strong portfolio across digital, campaigns, and product marketing.
• Background in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Freshworks' internal creative studio as a center of excellence.
• Define and evolve the visual and creative expression of the Freshworks brand.
• Lead creative development across campaigns, assets, presentations, and events.
• Build scalable creative operations with efficient workflows and QA processes.
• Partner with marketing to bring the brand narrative to life with impact.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted design tools to speed production.
• Establish and maintain a design system and asset library.
• Define and track creative performance metrics.
• Build, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary design team.
