Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Sr. Manager of Executive Communications to shape the CEO, CTO, CIO, and CMO external voice.

You will own the editorial strategy, calendar and output that turns Freshworks' narrative into category‑shaping thought leadership across executive social, keynotes, podcasts and media. This role sits in Corporate Communications and drives clarity on strategy, amplifying POVs from senior leaders and evolving marketing operations to scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in executive communications, PR, or corporate communications.
• Deep fluency in IT service management, Employee Experience, or HR tech.
• Proven track record of building and executing C-suite thought leadership programs.
• Experience driving executive narrative through category-creation or company-repositioning moments.
• Exceptional writing and editing for cross-media executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own executive POVs and the market narrative for AI-powered service ops and mid-market EX.
• Build and maintain the Executive Communications Narrative Stack.
• Align messaging with priority industries and upmarket GTM programs.
• Partner with Product Marketing to integrate launches and proof points into narratives.
• Manage social amplification across LinkedIn and YouTube.
