Sailor Health is hiring a Creative Strategy Lead to power our B2C growth engine from New York City, in-office five days a week. You’ll own the creative strategy and production end-to-end for an eight-figure annual budget, reporting to the Head of Growth.

You’ll collaborate with paid media, analytics, patient ops, clinical, and brand/design teams to scale high-volume, compliant creative. You’ll build and lead a team of designers, editors, copywriters, and creators, establishing a repeatable

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in creative strategy or performance marketing.
• Strong instincts for paid creative and what stops the scroll.
• Fluent with metrics like CTR, CVR, CAC and how they drive decisions.
• Experience building a creative pipeline and using AI to scale.

Aufgaben

• Set the creative strategy across every channel, rooted in performance data and patient insight.
• Run the creative testing engine with KPIs and a steady test/refresh cadence.
• Make creative that resonates with adults 65+ and lead patient story/testimonial programs.
• Build and lead a team of designers, editors, copywriters, and agencies; set craft and speed standards.
• Stand up scalable creative systems: briefs, pipeline, asset library, and AI tools for volume.
• Protect the brand and ensure HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance.
• Be the internal creative voice, partnering with founders on market presence.
