Avenue Z Company, a fast-moving AI-first agency, seeks a Senior Creative Strategist to own strategy and execution of paid media creative, influencer content, and ad campaigns across client accounts.

You will translate data into concepts, briefs, and scroll-stopping assets, collaborating with paid media, influencer, and design teams. AI tools accelerate production, with a test-and-learn mindset guiding every project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or agency work.
• 2+ years client-facing delivering on creative goals end-to-end.
• Strong ability to analyze paid media data and translate insights into actionable creative direction.
• Experience with influencer/UGC campaigns and negotiations.
• Familiar with AI-based creative tools and testing methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong brand voice.
• Organized, proactive with multiple workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative briefs and ad concepts for client campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to shape a forward-looking testing roadmap.
• Research competitors to identify trends and inform creative.
• Log raw content and identify gaps/opportunities for new creatives.
• Coordinate with clients to align on vision, guidelines, messaging.
• Lead influencer campaigns, brief creators, track deliverables.
