Avenue Z, an AI-first agency in the United States, seeks a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative strategy and execution across paid media, influencer content, and campaigns. You translate data into briefs and scale ad creative with AI tools, collaborating with paid media, influencer, and design teams to meet client KPIs.

You will lead creative strategy daily, manage campaigns, and drive a test-and-learn mindset while partnering with clients to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing.
• 2+ years of client-facing work delivering on creative goals.
• Ability to translate data into concepts and briefs.
• Experience with influencer/UGC campaigns and negotiations.
• Proficient with Meta Ads Library, Google Drive, landing page builders, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative briefs and ad concepts aligned with KPIs.
• Analyze top-performing creatives to guide testing roadmap.
• Conduct competitor research on ad formats and hooks.
• Log raw content and identify gaps for new creatives.
• Collaborate with clients to capture brand voice and messaging.
• Coordinate edits with design and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead influencer campaign execution and negotiate rights.
• Operate AI-powered scaling and rapid iteration workflows.
