Liven is shaping a new era of AI-native creative production to scale ideas and optimize performance. As Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll help build the next generation of creative systems—from research and ideation to testing, iteration and scaling—working with design, user acquisition, growth and product teams.

You’ll turn customer insights into hypotheses, harness AI to generate and validate ideas, and continuously explore innovative formats and narratives to drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking with emphasis on consumer insights and testing.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer insights, market research and performance data into creative hypotheses.
• Use AI to rethink how ideas are generated, validated and produced.
• Work with Design, UA, Growth and Product teams to launch, test and scale new creative concepts.
• Evaluate ad performance beyond CTR and CAC, deriving actionable optimization insights.
• Continuously explore new formats, angles and narratives.
