Job summary

Designity is recruiting an AI-enabled Creative Director to lead multi-disciplinary teams and embed AI deeply into client projects. You will shape creative direction, sell ideas to clients, and build practical workflows that enhance production efficiency without compromising originality or strategy.

You will guide teams, own creative delivery from brief to final asset, and collaborate closely with CPMs to ensure high-quality results across brands and industries in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading creative teams and client-facing work.
• Experience applying AI to creative projects and production workflows.
• Ability to develop and implement AI-powered workflows beyond prompts.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision across multiple clients and disciplines.
• Present concepts, articulate strategy, and win client buy-in.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to streamline asset creation and production.
• Expand creative possibilities using AI while maintaining quality and brand integrity.
• Lead and mentor designers, writers, motion artists, and other creatives.
• Own the end-to-end creative lifecycle from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with CPM to align priorities and ensure successful execution.
• Identify and resolve challenges, keeping projects on track.
