Gyde is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to build and professionalize the controlling and accounting function for a rapidly growing AI-enabled insurance distribution platform in Austin, TX. You’ll own core accounting operations and collaborate with leadership to design scalable finance processes.

This high-growth role emphasizes development, automation, and strong internal controls as the company scales with strategic external partners and investors.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of accounting and finance experience.
• At least 2 years at an accounting or audit firm.
• Startup or small company experience.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close and core accounting operations.
• Own the general ledger and payment systems.
• Prepare investor and lender reporting as well as all necessary filings.
• Establish and maintain basic internal controls.
• Lead ERP implementation and automate financial workflows.
