Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting required; advanced degree preferred
• CPA designation required
• Minimum 10 years of progressive managerial experience in Accounting/Finance
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience driving finance transformation, automation, and AI-enabled analytics

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close process and analytical review of results
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Lead finance transformation and automation initiatives
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasts, and tax processes
• Manage internal controls and risk governance
• Lead year-end audit with external auditors
• Develop and coach accounting staff
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
