Job summary

Sapta Global Inc. is hiring a Conversational BI Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, governance-driven AI analytics experiences. The role connects data with semantic context across Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, and SAP ecosystems.

The candidate will deliver explainable, accurate BI results with transparent citations, validation, and escalation paths, while ensuring privacy, safety, and cost control. A collaborative, cross-team production environment awaits.

Qualifications

4–7+ years in BI, analytics engineering, or similar fields.
Hands-on with at least one of Snowflake Cortex AI, Databricks Genie/AI-BI, Microsoft Copilot Studio/Fabric/Azure AI, or SAP BDC/Joule.

Responsibilities

Configure trusted datasets, semantic instructions, and guardrails.
Build experiences using Snowflake Cortex, Databricks Genie, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and SAP BDC/Joule.
Implement RAG, semantic search, embeddings, vector stores, and tool calling.
Create automated testing, telemetry, and quality dashboards.
Apply RBAC, DLP, privacy, logging, and Responsible AI governance.
Monitor adoption, failures, hallucination/grounding risks, latency, and costs.
Collaborate with SMEs, BI developers, cybersecurity, governance, and platform teams.
