Trust & Will, a remote-first digital estate planning platform, seeks a Controller to lead accounting operations across the company and its subsidiaries. You will own month-end close, tax compliance, and AP/AR while building scalable internal controls and automating processes with AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with FP&A on cost analysis, optimize the tech stack, and manage vendor relationships. The role reports to the CFO and requires strong leadership and strategic insight in a

Competenze

• 10+ years of accounting experience with leadership in high-growth environments.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or automation to accounting workflows.
• Experience designing internal controls for automated or AI-assisted processes.
• Proficiency in Ramp, Rillet, Google Sheets and Excel.

• Own accounting operations for Trust & Will and subsidiaries, including month-end close, tax compliance, and AP/AR.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and scale operations.
• Lead audits and ensure accuracy of accounts.
